Why one system

Eight logins, eight invoices, zero shared memory.

Most restaurants run on tools that do not talk to each other. The booking does not know the order, the order does not know the guest. Bonvi is one product, so it all joins up.

With Bonvi

One product

One menu · one order · one guest · one ledger

Start where you are

Three modes. One switch.

  1. 1

    Menu

    Digital menu

Guests scan, browse and filter. You change nothing.

  2. 2

    Order

    Order to table

Guests order from the phone. Payment stays as it is.

  3. 3

    Pay

    Order and pay

iDEAL, cards, wallets, split bills. The full product.

The platform

Walk the floor. Every module is where it happens.

39 modules, one product. Tap a part of the restaurant to see what Bonvi does there.

Follow one guest from the booking to the next restaurant.

Or walk it yourself: the guest menu is live, with a guided tour.

Bonvi Taste Passport · live demo

One guest, three restaurants that have never met her.

Pick a guest. Walk into any restaurant. Order, say whether it was good, and watch the passport learn and the next menu change. This is the whole idea.

How the passport works

Four ideas that make taste useful, not creepy.

Tuna poke · €16.50

Would you order it again?

YesNo

It learns from the plate, not the bill

Paying for a dish is not the same as liking it. One tap after the meal is the signal that trains the passport, and the guest can always say no.

Group dining that keeps secrets

Everyone browses privately. Bonvi suggests plates that work for the whole table without telling anyone who has which allergy.

“Safe for you”
“Contains dairy, declared by the restaurant. Hidden because your profile lists dairy.”

Safety is never a guess

Preferences are probabilistic. Allergens are not. Bonvi only repeats what the kitchen declares and always points high-risk guests to staff.

The guest owns it

Inspect, edit, pause, export or delete. Each restaurant sees only its own tables. Ordering anonymously is always one tap away.

Guests carry their passport. Two tabs, nothing else.

Ordering never needs the app. The app is for guests who want to own their taste: see it, edit it, stamp it, and scan into any Bonvi restaurant with it.

Bonvi Studio

Your dish, shot like a photoshoot. From a phone photo.

Snap the plate on your phone. Bonvi Studio relights it, cleans the table and frames it like a food photographer would. The dish stays exactly the dish. No invented ingredients, no fake portions.

  • Realistic, not fake. Same plate, same portion, same garnish. Only light, background and framing change.
  • Every dish, every language. One photo per item, used on the menu, the kiosk, the delivery storefront and the marketplaces.
  • You approve. Nothing goes on the menu until the kitchen says it looks like what comes out of the pass.

Getting started

Live before tonight’s service.

No hardware to buy, no data entry marathon. Three steps, one afternoon.

Built for the busiest hour

Nothing goes missing quietly.

  • Offline by design. A local hub queues orders, drives printers and replays when the cloud is back.
  • Order and payment are one state. A charge without a ticket lands in an exception queue with a fix button.
  • Reconciliation is a feature. Bonvi, PSP, bank, POS and marketplaces compared daily, differences explained.

Pricing

One price per location. Every module included.

€199 a month buys the whole platform for one restaurant. No feature gates, no per-screen surcharge, no commission on your orders. Payment processing, SMS and WhatsApp volume and hardware are the only separate lines, and they are published.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do guests need to download anything?

No. The menu opens in the phone’s browser from a QR. A guest account is optional and only needed if they want their Taste Passport to follow them.

Do I have to replace my POS?

No. Bonvi has its own POS, but it also connects to Lightspeed, unTill and Micros. You decide which system owns prices and availability; every field has one owner.

What happens when the internet drops?

A small hub on a tablet keeps taking orders, prints tickets and drives the kitchen screen. When the connection returns, everything replays in order.

Is the AI allowed to guess about allergens?

No. Allergens come only from what the kitchen declares. The assistant may say “contains dairy”. It may never say “safe for you”.

Who owns the guest data?

The guest owns their passport and can pause, export or delete it. The restaurant owns its own customer relationship and order history. Neither sees the other’s.

How is pricing structured?

€199 per month for one location, every module included, no commission on orders. Groups and chains: talk to us. Payment processing, SMS and WhatsApp volume and hardware are separate, and published.
