What it does
The AI waiter answers from the recipe and the allergen declaration, not from the internet. Ask what is in the vindaloo, whether the gyoza can be made vegan, or what pairs with the sea bass, by voice or chat in twelve languages.
It never contradicts a hard allergen rule and hands off to a human the moment a guest asks for one. Every answer is logged for the kitchen.
