Guests without a passport
We store the order, the table and the payment reference for the restaurant’s bookkeeping. No account, no tracking cookies, no advertising identifiers.
Guests with a passport
We store your taste profile, exclusions, stamps and loyalty balances so they work at every Bonvi venue. Each restaurant sees only what you order there and the allergens you asked it to avoid. You can export or delete everything yourself.
Restaurants
We process guest data on the restaurant’s behalf under a data processing agreement. Data is hosted in the EU.
