Terms of service
The agreement between Bonvi and the restaurant. Plain language version; the signed order form prevails where they differ.
The service
Bonvi provides the restaurant operating system described on this site as a subscription. Modules marked “coming soon” are provided when released, at no extra charge to Restaurant-plan customers.
Price and term
€199 per month per location, excluding VAT, billed monthly in advance. No setup fee. Either party may end the subscription at the end of any month with written notice. Group and Enterprise pricing is set in the order form.
Payments
Payment processing is provided by licensed providers under their own agreements. Processing fees are passed through as published. Bonvi never stores card numbers.
Your data
Menu, order and guest data belong to the restaurant. You can export all of it at any time and it is deleted within 30 days of the end of the subscription.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the ordering and payment services and publish incidents on the status page. Service credits are described in the order form.
